We carry light commercial cooling systems with up to 25-ton capacity. We also service, install, and repair rooftop units. Our residential services are available for installation and HVAC repair of new and existing systems. Air Authority offers preventative maintenance (performance and safety checks) for both residential and commercial HVAC repair.
Our professionals also take the time to understand how your system has been performing in the past, and whether you’ve noticed any recent changes in operation or efficiency. We’ll inspect your ducts to make sure they’re intact. Your unit will be carefully inspected and evaluated both physically and operationally. Then our techs clean and service your HVAC system for optimum performance. If you’re a residential customer, we provide preventative maintenance every spring and fall. Air Authority advises a biannual or quarterly maintenance schedule for commercial customers.
